LEGAL TRAILS

1. Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your spot on any expedition. Full payment must be received no later than 60 days prior to the departure date. Failure to provide full payment may result in the forfeiture of your spot and deposit.

2. Cancellation Policy

• 60+ days before departure: Loss of deposit.
• 30-59 days before departure: 50% of total trip cost is non-refundable.
• Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total trip cost is non-refundable.

3. Physical Requirements

Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet the physical requirements for their chosen expedition. Vantage Adventures reserves the right to disqualify any participant at any time if their physical condition or behavior endangers themselves or the group.

4. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance, including emergency medical evacuation coverage, is mandatory for all participants. Proof of insurance must be provided at least 30 days before departure.

5. Liability Waiver

Adventure travel involves inherent risks. All participants must sign a comprehensive liability waiver and assumption of risk agreement prior to departure. Vantage Adventures is not liable for injuries, loss of property, or delays caused by weather or other "Acts of God."
